This range includes toughened (tempered) glass, safety and security laminates (including cyclonic, flood, ballistic, attack and impact resistant) and digitally printed ceramic ink solutions. Many of these can be combined and supplied on simple or complex curves, as well as flat panes.

Our digital site measure service utilizes the latest scanning hardware to produce electronic templates with unmatched accuracy, doing away with the need for the cumbersome and time consuming measure, production, transportation and storage of physical templates.

Marine Glass Products
Glasshape® offers a comprehensive portfolio of fully certified marine glass for a wide range of applications. The range includes laminated or monolithic marine glass for external use, tempered (toughened) glass for interior and exterior applications, security laminates, digitally printed ceramic ink and other decorative glass solutions. These can all be supplied as flat, and many can include simple or complex curves.

Our custom laminated range of security glass is available in a large number of different compositions for protection from deliberate attack ranging from low level smash and grab to ballistic and blast protection. Toughened (tempered), annealed, and poly-composite layers, with varying glass and inter-layer thicknesses all provide the perfectly specified solution. In many cases, curved options are available too.

Security Screen glass from high grade laminates providing added security in retail & residential environments & other public spaces. BanditShield and BanditShield Ultra are laminated security screen glass products that make it both challenging and time consuming to smash through.
Storm Glass Products
Glasshape’s tested and certified cyclone and thermally rated glass, StormShield® and E-zone Glass® provide maximum protection from wind born debris and flooding. The proprietary manufacturing process allows us to produce glass that has better performance ratings from lighter, thinner compositions versus our competitors.

StormShield uses specially formulated ultra-high grade laminate in the manufacturing process, engineered so the glass can expand and contract up to five times its normal rate before breaking, providing protection from wind born debris.
Machinery Glass Products
Advanced windscreen and window solutions for vehicles including armoured glass and safety glass to maximise visibility and provide superior protection.
